1. General Information

5rrr4 (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") provides an online betting and casino gaming service for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions apply to all services, bonuses, promotions, and gaming activities on the platform.

4. Financial Transactions

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 5rrr4 platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This same minimum limit applies to all payment methods. Supported payment methods:

Withdrawals

Currency

All transactions on the platform are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee applies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

5rrr4 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made before claiming the bonus.
• A wagering requirement of 10 times the combined amount of the bonus and deposit must be completed.
• Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until wagering is complete.
• Each new member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

Other Promotions

From time to time, 5rrr4 offers various special promotions and offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated in the promotion description. All promotions may be changed or cancelled at any time at the discretion of 5rrr4.

VIP Program

The 5rrr4 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. 5rrr4 holds final authority in determining VIP tiers.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on the 5rrr4 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, 5rrr4 reserves the right to cancel it.
• For live betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted will apply.
• Betting on cricket, badminton, football, and other sporting events is conducted in accordance with specific rules.

Casino Games

Slots, live casino, and other games each have their own rules. These rules should be read before starting a game. 5rrr4 takes technical measures to ensure the fairness of game results.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical issue during a game or betting, 5rrr4 will always make decisions based on the system's records. 5rrr4 is not responsible for issues with the user's device.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5rrr4 platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through manipulation.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain a gaming advantage.
• Misconduct or harassment towards other players or staff.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account using a third party's identity.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose.

In the case of any of the above prohibited activities, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

5rrr4 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of a violation of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).

Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Complete any eligible withdrawals before closing your account. As part of responsible gaming, you may request to temporarily or permanently close your account yourself.

9. Limitation of Liability

5rrr4 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Losses caused by temporary unavailability of the platform or technical errors.
• Loss of bets or games due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Losses caused by issues with your personal device.
• Any changes to approved third-party services.
